Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Domestic & Global Shipping and Return Policies.
GLOBAL SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Please be aware that for Global Shipping outside of the United States, an additional fee will be applied after your purchase, depending on the size, weight, and the designated country of your item/s.
We will contact you via email after your purchase and provide you with a shipping receipt that must be paid online before your item/s can be shipped. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 10-15 business days of completion of the instrument.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
For global Shipping outside of the United States, an additional fee will be applied after your purchase, depending on the size, weight, and the designated country of your item/s.
The estimated delivery time for international shipping is several weeks. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. It will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES
Haleiwa Ukuleles takes no responsibility and is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping unless shipping insurance is purchased to the amount of the ukulele’s cost beforehand.
If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN POLICY
Haleiwa Ukuleles does not accept returns for International Orders outside the United States.

Ready-to-Ship orders are processed within 10-15 business days.
Custom Ukulele orders are processed within approximately 6 to 12 months.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

We will calculate shipping and packing charges for your order depending on your address, size, and weight.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Once we receive your package, we’ll inspect the issue that concerned you. We’ll notify you by phone or email that we receive your package and the results of our inspection.

If a REFUND is requested and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within three business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If an EXCHANGE is requested, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
